Backstage Update on Richard Holliday’s Expected To Sign With WWE

As noted before, former Major League Wrestling and current indies talent Richard Holliday is currently expected to be heading to WWE soon. This past July’s Meele in Manchester event for Game Changer Wrestling in Manchester, New Hampshire featured Holliday taking off his boots and leaving it in the ring following his match against Bear Bronson, which usually indicates someone being done with their in-ring wrestling career or time with a company.

Fightful Select’s Sean Ross Sapp reported in a recent Q&A article that his sources within WWE stated that they expected Holliday to get signed by the company in recent months.

Those same sources reportedly stated that Holliday’s name has constantly been brought up in recent years internally but they have no heard any movement of late of him coming into the company any time soon.
