As noted before, Blake Monroe made her official main roster for WWE’s SmackDown brand this past May.
The Wrestling Classic held a recent interview with Monroe. One of the topics discussed included Monroe’s thoughts about working with WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque on the main roster and teased that she could be getting a new entrance for her main roster in-ring debut.
“I mean, he’s amazing. So hands-on, and I’m really excited. I mean, I’ve worked with him a little bit, but obviously I haven’t had my official debut just yet. And I’m excited for the entrance because I think my entrance is going to change a little bit, and I feel like Triple H is very good at the entrances. So, I’m excited to see what we come up with.”
Monroe also gave her thoughts about her history with Giulia since their time together in Stardom and how she has grown significantly as a wrestler since her previous match against Giulia.
“I mean, she was a great match for me in Japan. It was at a time when I was in Japan, I was still new to wrestling. I was training a lot. I was doing a lot of shows. I was, like, really learning. And one of my dream matches was Giulia. I just thought she was the coolest. I loved her. And I got to have the singles match with her as a part of this big tournament. And people love it. But to me, I watch it back and I do love it for that time in my life. I’m proud of it. But I’m so new, and I’ve grown so much since. I would eat her alive now.”
Monore has attacked Giulia twice on SmackDown shows since her official debut for the brand with the most recent being her backstage attack on both Giulia and Kiana James on the July 3rd episode of WWE SmackDown.
