WWE held a Summer Tour 2026 house show on Sunday at the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center in North Charleston, South Carolina.
One of the matches at the event was Kevin Owens facing off against The Miz in a singles match.
During the match, Owens hit a superkick to The Miz only for his left leg to give away causing him to hit The Miz in the groin instead of his face. Owens dropped to the mat leading to the referee to check on him and him being seen clutching his knee.
Despite the injury situation, Owens was able to finish the match albeit him hobbling around the ring. Following the match, Owens needed assistance to help him to the back.
