WWE’s parent company TKO Group had announced this past April that WrestleMania 42 on April 18-19 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada drew a combined attendance of 106,072.
Post Wrestling and Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston reported that the Las Vegas Stadium Authority released information earlier today ahead of its quarterly meeting.
Among the information released included the official attendance numbers for both night’s of WrestleMania 42.
It was stated that Night 1 drew an attendance of 47,093 and Night 2 drew an attendance of 50,033 for a total combined attendance of 97,126 for this year’s two-night WrestleMania 42 event.
This was down from last year’s Night 1 attendance of 58,538, Night 2 attendance of 60,103, and total combined attendance of 118,641.
Thurston reported that the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority paid WWE a $6 million site fee to be the host city for WrestleMania 42, which was up from the $5 million site fee paid to host WrestleMania 41 in 2025 in the same city. WWE reportedly also got an additional $4.3 million in tax credit from the state of Nevada, which was up from the $4.2 million the company got from the state for WrestleMania 41.
