Jaida Parker vs. Nattie in Submission Match Set for NXT Heatwave 2026

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida featured one new match announced for the card of NXT Heatwave 2026, which takes place on August 30 at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas.

This new match announced was a Submission match of Jaida Parker vs. Nattie.

This new match was initially setup over recent months shows over Parker and Nattie’s bad blood issues with each other. During tonight’s show, Nattie came out to the ring and talked about how Parker looked like a “million bucks” as a performer but all she really saw when she came in NXT was someone who was just wasted potential. After some more words mocking Parker by Nattie, Parker’s music played to interrupt and came out to the ring. After some back-and-forth banter between the two, Nattie challenged Parker to a submission match at NXT Heatwave, which Parker accepted.

Kali Armstrong Beats Zaria In Singles Match & Gets Added to NXT Women’s N.A. and WWE Speed Women’s Titles Unification Match at NXT Heatwave 2026

Tuesday’s WWE NXT show also featured one newly updated match for the card of NXT Heatwave 2026, which takes place on August 30 at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas.

This newly updated match was a NXT Women’s North American Championship and WWE Speed Women’s Championship Unification Triple Threat match of Kali Armstrong vs. Zaria (NXT Women’s North American) vs. Wren Sinclair (WWE Women’s Speed).

This newly updated match was setup following Armstrong defeating Zaria in a singles match.

This match was notable for featuring the stipulation of if Armstrong won, then she would be added to the Unification match at NXT Heatwave.
