Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that Anthony Bowens’ contract with AEW is currently set to expire on October 1st.
It was reported that it is currently not known if there have been talks between Bowens and AEW officials for a potential new deal.
Bowens’ former The Acclaimed tag team partner Max Caster’s contract with AEW is also currently expected to expire around this October as well.
Bowens has been with AEW since November of 2020. Bowens is a former one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion and a one-time AEW World Trios Champion. Bowens is currently aligned with The Opps alongside Avtion Andretti, HOOK, Katsuyori Shibata, and Samoa Joe.
