Yuya Uemura, Yushin Hatazawa, & Kosei Fujita Pulled From NJPW Destruction In Kobe 2026 Due To Illness & Injury

New Japan Pro Wrestling announced that they have pulled Yuya Uemura, Yushin Hatazawa, and Kosei Fujita from this Sunday’s Destruction in Kobe 2026 event at the Kobe World Hall in Kobe, Japan.

In regards to Uemura and Hatazawa, it was announced that both are currently dealing with an illness and will be unable to compete.

In regards to Fujita, it was announced that he recently suffered a right knee injury and is not medically cleared to compete as a result.

Yuya Uemura, and Yushin Hatazawa, who were both scheduled to compete at Destruction in Kobe Sunday, have both been forced to withdraw due to ill health.

In addition, Kosei Fujita has sustained an injury to his right knee and will also be unable to compete.

We apologise to fans who were looking forward to seeing all three wrestle, and appreciate your understanding.
