Report: Scott Hall In ‘Rough Shape’ Over The Weekend

Scott Hall was reportedly not looking well at an appearance in Warwick, Rhode Island this weekend for an autograph signing. Hall showed up over an hour late and according to one attendee looked to be in “rough shape.” He apparently could barely walk and was having a hard time getting up and down from his chair.

It is worth mentioning that Hall stayed an extra two hours to make up for his tardiness.

Hall also posted a photo of himself with WWE Superstars Bad News Barrett, Curtis Axel and Fandango hanging out in a hotel. WWE had a live event in Providence, RI while Hall was there for the autograph signing so it appears they were all staying at the same hotel.
