Big Update & Details On The NXT Takeover 2 Special Inside Here

Triple H has officially announced that the next NXT live special on the WWE Network will be NXT Takeover 2 on Thursday, September 11th.

The announcement came on this week’s episode of NXT TV. Triple H said Takeover 2 will be unlike anything we’ve ever seen before and hyped several big matches for the show. The NXT Championship, the NXT Women’s Championship and the NXT Tag Team Titles will all be on the line.

* NXT Champion Adrian Neville’s opponent will be announced next week.

* NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte will defend her title against #1 contender Bayley.

* NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension will defend against the winners of Sin Cara & Kalisto vs. Aiden English & Simon Gotch tournament match, which takes place next week.

* There will also be a Hair vs. Hair match, with the participants to be announced on an upcoming episode of NXT.
