Extreme Rising sent out the following today, reaching out the fans that are still seeking refunds for the cancelled Extreme Rising Wrestling events for Pittsburgh, PA and Philadelphia, PA in 2014…
Dear Fans,
It has come to our attention that some fans have been unable to receive refunds from their credit cards and banking institutions for the cancelled Extreme Rising Wrestling events for Pittsburgh, PA and Philadelphia, PA in 2014.
If you have been unable to obtain a refund from your credit card or bank, please send us an email and include your full name, full mailing address, tickets you ordered, total amount, and what event. We will research and process each request we receive to ensure the validity of claim, and work on getting anyone due a refund squared away. PLEASE EMAIL the above requested info only to: refund@extremerising.com
We will work on getting everyone refunds that may be due. This process will take time, but we wanted to reach out to begin this final process to square everyone away. We wanted to reach out to anyone unattended so that we can work on resolving all fans issues, as we have been very slowly working on resolving outstanding issues since April.
We sincerely apologize for all inconveniences that the rescheduling, cancellations, and refund process caused to everyone.
