Jim Ross appeared on recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radioa and said that he could be doing more announcing in the future. Ross said that there may be similar projects to Wrestle Kingdom 9 available for him down the line and that he could have some MMA announcing work coming up.
When asked about the deals he currently has on the table, he said that most of them lean towards potential announcing for professional boxing announcing. He previously worked with Golden Boy Promotions for FOX Sports 1.
