WWE Champion John Cena appeared on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” show last night to announce a $30,000 donation to contestant Sharon Osbourne’s charity. TVDoneWright.com passed along the following recap: “The task this week was to raise the most money by doing a workout-program. Sharon Osbourne was the Project Manager for her team. She was in charge of getting the money from the famous people she knew. It turns out the episode was taped when she and Ozzy Osbourne guest hosted Monday Night Raw. So there was a taped segment from Raw with John Cena and Sharon. He said that on behalf of WWE, he was giving $10,000 to her charity. Plus, he said Vince McMahon himself would give another $10,000. Cena gave another $10,000 of his own money. Sharon’s team lost. However, because they raised a record-breaking amount, no one was fired.” This season of Celebrity Apprentice featured former wrestling personalities Bill Goldberg (who was already eliminated) and Maria Kanellis.
