Update – Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg & Bill Simmons Coming To RAW

UPDATE: As noted earlier today, rapper Wiz Khalifa is set to host next week’s RAW in his hometown of Pittsburgh. Another rapper will be hosting RAW on March 23rd in Los Angeles, which will be the WrestleMania 31 “go-home” edition of the show.

Hip-hop artist Snoop Dogg is confirmed for the show. Whether or not he will be performing, as Khalifa is scheduled to do next week, or just hosting, remains to be seen.

Joining Snoop Dogg as a special guest on the 3/23 edition of RAW will be ESPN reporter Bill Simmons.

Pittsburgh’s own Wiz Khalifa will appear live on Raw when WWE’s flagship show emanates from the Steel City on March 9 at 8/7 C on USA Network. The chart-topping emcee confirmed the appearance earlier today when he tweeted the following:

Guest starring on #WWE‘s Monday Night Raw next week in my hometown pittsburgh. Watch 3/9 8PMEST on @USA_Network. @WWE @WWEMusic

Khalifa is set to perform a medley of his hits, including a cut from the official soundtrack to “Furious 7,” which stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Vin Diesel and Jason Statham. He has two new exclusive tracks on the “Furious 7″ original motion picture soundtrack, including “See You Again” (featuring Charlie Puth) and “Go Hard or Go Home” (with Iggy Azalea). The soundtrack will be available March 17.
