WWE’s tour of Abu Dhabi brought in 14,200 fans, but according to WWE’s business figures, only 5,100 were paid fans. This is a large drop in paid attendance, as their previous tour of the United Arab Emirates had 15,000 paid fans.
It’s believed that WWE got a paid guarantee for the tour so it’s not a huge financial loss. However, it could show that public demand for WWE in the area has dropped.
