— Despite winning the World Heavyweight Championship at Sunday’s Fatal 4-Way pay-per-view, Rey Mysterio does not appear on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown!. The reason for this is because he was given Tuesday’s television taping off so he could take his family on vacation to Hawaii. Mysterio’s contract with WWE gives him one weekend per month off from live events but he’s supposed to appear at all television tapings and pay-per-view events.

— WWE’s canceled it entire house show schedule for the weekend of July 4th due to poor ticket sales. The events have been rescheduled for December.
