The Human Resources representative named Ashley that appeared on RAW is actually the director of Human Resources at WWE HQ. Her name is Ashley Osterrieder and she’s been with WWE since 2013. She’s a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management.
WWE used several real life incidents as inspiration for last night’s angle, including the Bill DeMott situation from earlier this year. DeMott himself tweeted during RAW:
