— The SmackDown! house show in Ocean City, Maryland on September 6th, 2010 has been canceled. Refunds are available at the point of purchase until September 20th, 2010. (Thanks to Devin Cutting)

— After a several year absence, The Ross Report has returned to WWE.com. In J.R.’s returning column, he asks whether John Morrison can be trusted, whether Melina will ever return to in-ring action, what Alicia Fox’ greatest assets are, whether the WWE Universe has seen the last of Eli Cottonwood, and much more.

— A series of one-hour compilation PPVs titled “Extreme Wrestlers”, with footage from 3PW and other events owned by former ECW executive Steve Karel, will debut in September. Sabu, The Sandman and New Jack are all expected to be featured. InDemand, TVN PPV and Video on Demand will all carry the series, which is one of several Karel will be putting together going forward.
