It was a good week for RAW in terms of numbers, as the show bounced back to score the best numbers in weeks. Monday night’s episode drew 3.293 million viewers and a 1.21 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic. Those numbers are up 4% and 9% from last week’s 3.173 million and 1.11 demo rating; its the best viewership since the October 26th episode brought in 3.354 million and the best rating since the September 9th episode brought in a 1.28.
The numbers are still well below the August numbers, it is worth noting; that month averaged 3.786 million and a 1.31 demo rating. Still, during a fall when the show kept falling to new non-holiday lows, it’s a spot of bright news heading into Survivor Series.
RAW ranked #4 for the night among cable originals with Monday night football of course leading the way (12.185 million viewers, 4.23 demo rating). That number was up from last week’s 11.438 million and 4.15 demo rating, meaning that RAW didn’t rise just because of weaker competition. The hourly breakdowns are below:
8 PM: 1.13 demo rating (3.375 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.06 demo rating (3.180 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.15 demo rating (3.189 million viewers)
