— Sam Shaw, a Florida independent wrestler, played Lupus last night at Hardcore Justice. The original Lupus, a member of Raven’s Nest in 1997 during Raven’s first ECW run, was a New Jersey based wrestler who retired in the 90s due to injuries.

— Big Tilly, the guy who did the parody of the Blue Meanie last night at the PPV, is a Florida indy worker who wrestlers under the name Tilly. As noted earlier, The Blue Meanie was a no-show at the event but did appear in a pre-taped promo that was filmed in Philadelphia within the last week or two.
