— Asylum.com lists the worst eight ice cream flavors that were doomed from the start. #5 was the 1980’s WWE Ice Cream Bars.

— John “Mr. Wrestling II” Walker is scheduled for open-heart surgery today in Charlotte, NC.

— On Wednesday night, NWA Championship Wrestling from Hollywood will hold their first TV Tapings at the Galaxy Theater. The series will debut on KDOC-TV channel 56 in Los Angeles, and will replace SmackDown! when the show moves to SyFy.

— Starting on August 28th, WWE and K-Mart will officially launch their WWE Hall of Fame action figure series. In various markets, WWE will have events including autograph signings.

Talent appearing are: NWA North American Champion The Sheik, “Natural Selection” Shaun Ricker, Navajo Warrior, Hawaiian Lion, Scorpio Sky, Brandon Parker, Kaos, Nick Madrid, Peter Avalon and referee Mike Mongoose. Percy Pringle will also be appearing.
