New Trish/Lita Together Pics, Alberto Del Rio’s SD! Opponent

— Carlos Sanchez, who portrayed Alberto Del Rio’s opponent on Friday’s episode of SmackDown, was AAA star Alex Koslov. According to a backstage source, company officials are interested in signing the Moldovan-born grappler to a contract. We’ll keep you posted as we get more.

— The WWE Magazine Superstar Yearbook Official Roster Special issue hits newsstands Tuesday. Every WWE Superstar and Diva is featured in what is being dubbed an official WWE program.

— We will be LIVE at the WWE NXT and SmackDown! tapings this Tuesday in Albany, NY. I’ll have two live correspondents outside the arena calling me with arrival news (during the afternoon) as well as backstage notes. We’ll have coverage all day long and then WZR Radio will broadcast LIVE from inside the arena during the NXT and SD! tapings. We’ll give you second-by-second play-by-play from inside the Times Union Center in Albany, NY this Tuesday night on WZR Radio! Be here Tuesday as it’s going to be a HUGE day for us.

— Earlier tonight here on the website, we noted that Lita and Trish Stratus attended a local event in Toronto, Ontario Saturday night headlined by legendary Luchador el Hijo Del Santo. After the event, Right After Wrestling’s Arda Ocal caught up with Lita, who told him that she plans to open up a Lucha Libre themed restaurant in the Atlanta area. Her band, the LuchaGores, are currently on hiatus, as other members of the band have other endeavors they are currently focusing on. Lita also has movie projects on the horizon. She is in town visiting Trish Stratus to speak about upcoming business projects. We were sent several photos earlier tonight of the two together at the event.
