Despite a rumor floating around, there are no indications that Randy Orton is set to be released today. While there were rumors of a major release coming and RF Video’s Rob Feinstein claims that a “really big” top star has been released, alleged evidence that Orton has been released has been disproven.
Fans were pointing to the fact that Randy Orton’s profile on WWE.com had been made inactive as proof he was being let go, but the profile has been restored so it appears to have just been a technical glitch. The profiles of all the superstars who were released today have been moved to the alumni section and not just been made inactive.
