News On Damien Sandow’s WWE No-Compete Clause + PCW Signs HD iPPV Deal

— Damien Sandow was able to compete in a tag match in MCW over the weekend because while he does have a no-compete clause in his WWE contract that doesn’t expire until August 7th, he is allowed to work indy shows as long as they aren’t televised, on PPV or on iPPV.

— Preston City Wrestling has announced a new deal for their third annual Tribute to the Troops to air on HD iPPV. The company announced they signed a deal with UK-based production company 247.tv to air the event via “worldwide high definition iPPV.” It takes place on June 25, 2016 from the Preston Guild Hall and will be available to buy for a limited time at £3 (about $5) with a replay included.
