According to TMZ, prosecutors have dropped the domestic violence case against former WWE performer Adam Rose. Charges were dropped, because Rose proved that he’s getting professional help for his marital issues. His wife had begged for leniency, claiming that she was not hurt and that the situation was blown out of proportion. She further claimed that Rose was getting counseling from his pastor and that she believed he was responding positively to it.
Rose was arrested last month for grabbing his wife by the face during an argument and taking the phone away from her when she attempted to call 911. Rose was serving a suspension for a violation of the WWE wellness policy, and was then suspended indefinitely due to the company’s zero tolerance domestic violence policy; he later then requested and received his WWE release.
