Steve Austin Reacts To Roman Reigns’ WWE Suspension & Drug Test Failure

WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin recently appeared on ESPN’s Russillo and Kanell Show, and Austin commented on Brock Lesnar’s return to MMA and also the recent suspension of former WWE world champion Roman Reigns for a wellness policy violation. Austin said Lesnar’s upcoming UFC 200 fight against Mark Hunt will be a tough match-up for Lesnar, but Austin is pulling for the former UFC and WWE champion to win.

Austin spoke on Reigns’ recent suspension, and said he didn’t know what substance Reigns tested positive for. He also noted that when he was at RAW last week, WWE was conducting drug testing that day, “So they’re strict about it.”

Austin is hopeful that Reigns will bounce back from this issue stronger. He stated, “He got popped, and that’s just the way it is. He owned it, and he’ll live to come back another day. He owned it, so I think the kid did the right thing. Sometimes these things happen.”
