Tammy Sytch has dodged a bullet in her DUI convictions. TMZ reports that the former Sunny will not do any jail time, as according to her lawyer the judge in the case gave her a ninety-day sentence but gave her credit for the ninety-seven days she spent in a rehab center. Sytch also received a five year parole that requires bi-weekly alcohol testing, 125 hours of community service and fines totalling about $2,100.
Sytch was convicted in three separate DUI cases related to incidents that took place over a short period of time. She was facing up to ninety days for each conviction. The judge said that the situation is a “zero tolerance” one and that should she violate parole, she will end up in jail. Sytch told the site that she is 152 days sober and is dedicated to maintaining her sobriety.
