2 Cold Scorpio & Others Join Lawsuit Against WWE, Bayley T-Shirt, More

— Several more wrestlers have joined the lawsuit filed against WWE on behalf of over fifty former stars. 2 Cold Scorpio, former Spirit Squad member Johnny Jeter, Chad Wicks and Sylvano Sousa have all joined the suit along with Ashley Massaro, the family of Balls Mahoney and Perry Saturn.

The suit was filed back in July on behalf of dozens of former stars by Konstantine Kyros, who has filed several suits against the company over concussion-related injuries. WWE told us at the time of the initial filing:

“This is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same. We’re confident this lawsuit will suffer the same fate as his prior attempts and be dismissed.”
