Woman Poses As Fit Finaly’s Wife – Details Inside

Here’s one you don’t hear every day. Nanette Michelle Stone, 35, was arrested after claiming to be married to a professional wrestler when she attempted to purchase two properties on Pine Canyon Lake. The woman falsely claimed to be the wife of professional wrestler David Edward “Fit” Finlay.

The woman had actually set up two purchase agreements, the first on June 10 and the second on June 30. These were done with a Fort Wayne-based real estate agent and an Angola agency. On July 8, she wrote a check for $4,383 as a down payment toward the purchase of one of the homes, but according to court documents, the check was drawn on an account that was closed in November 2009.

She pleaded guilty to two Class C felony charges of forgery, each charge could result in up to eight years in jail.
