Legal Updates – Jim Neidhart & Jeff Hardy

As of this writing, Jim Neidhart (father of WWE Diva Natalya) is still in prison, but his bail has been reduced from $138,500 to $57,500. The bail on charges of burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, third degree grand theft, trafficking in illegal drugs (Methodone) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (Methodone) have been dropped, but the bail on trafficking in illegal drugs (oxycotin) and for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (oxycotin) remains. Neidhart has now been in jail for twelve days.

Jeff Hardy’s next court hearing in the ongoing criminal case against him in Superior Court of Moore County in North Carolina will be on October 25. It is believed that Hardy’s case had another continuance this week. Really.
