Seth Rollins on Future Shield Reunion & Dream Match with WWE Bullet Club

United Kingdom’s newspaper The Sun had a recent interview with Seth Rollins discussing a potential Shield reunion in the future and a dream match involving WWE’s version of Bullet Club.

On the topic of a possible Shield reunion, Rollins stated he doesn’t see the need for the group to be reformed any time soon and all three former members are completely focused on their own individual career goals. He did tease at being open to the idea if it lead to something big and memorable for the group.

“I’m sure it could happen at some point, you never know. We’re all on our own page and have one goal in mind, like we did before. We’ve all got our individual goals now. It would take something very special to get all three of us back together with a singular goal. That was the focus before, and the reason we came together to begin with, we had a singular goal to make waves. Now we’re on our own, with our own individual goals, so who knows, never say never, but the good thing is I see all of us being around for a long time. There will always be the possibility of us coming back together and slapping on a tac vest.”

One such idea that would convince him to reform the group is a possible dream match against WWE’s version of the Bullet Club. Rollins praised Finn Balor, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson for the worldwide success they have had over the years and would be very interested in a potential dream feud between the two groups.

“A Club versus Shield rivalry interests me, for sure. Those are guys who have made a lot of success over the years in there own world. I think that would be a fantasy warfare. Those are all good gentlemen, hardworking guys. We’d have a blast in the ring, we could make some magic if it ever came down to it.”

Other topics discussed during the interview included his previous knee injuries and being very worried his career could have been over after suffering a second knee injury.
