Many within WWE believe that they will not be doing a “Tribute to the Troops” show this year due to all the recent reshuffling of WWE events in late November and early December.

The time period where talent usually would fly to the Middle East is now full of house shows
for both brands.

Of course, nothing is confirmed right now.
