As mentioned yesterday, the January 22, 2018 Raw is expected to have a “25th Anniversary” theme and will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.
According to PWInsider, WWE is planning on bringing in “legends from the past” to make appearances.
Dave Meltzer also says that WWE is expected to push the show as a “major deal.”
Tickets are expected to go on sale on November 3, according to PWInsider, though nothing has been officially announced yet. There will also be an online pre-sale a few days before.
WWE will also be releasing a 25th Anniversary Raw DVD and a book titled, “WWE RAW: The First 25 Years.”
The first Raw took place on January 11, 1993 at the Manhattan Center (same building as the Hammerstein Ballroom) in NYC.
