Pop TV Pulls “Violent” Match from Next Week’s Episode of Impact Wrestling
While it is currently being promoted to air next week on Impact Wrestling, the Barbed Wire Massacre match of oVe & Sami Callihan versus LAX will not air on Pop TV and instead will be exclusively shown on Twitch. According to a recent tweet from Konnan, the official reason is due to Pop TV deeming the match to be too violent for television.

This match was originally among the set of television tapings done last November in Ottawa, Canada.
Jerry Lawler Writing Two New Books; One Art Book and One Autobiography
Recent episode of the Dinner with the King podcast show involved a variety of topics discussed by co-host Jerry Lawler. During the episode, Lawler revealed he is currently in the process of writing two new books with author and wrestling historian Mark James also working on this project.
One book was announced to feature artwork created by Lawler while the other will be a new autobiography covering Lawler’s life since the release of his first autobiography in 2001.

WWE Opposing “Cactus Jack” Trademark Filed by a Musician
A recent trademark filing for the term “Cactus Jack” for musical purposes is currently being opposed by the WWE, according to PWInsider.
PWInsdier’s Mike Johnson reported the new trademark was filed by rapper Travis Scott for his music label called “Cactus Jack Records” and for the “Cactus Jack” nickname he occasionally uses. Making things interesting in this dispute is WWE does not seem to own an active trademark for the term and abandoned their own trademark in 2010.
