Rey Mysterio was interviewed by Mirror Online and was asked if there was a possibility that he’ll be back in WWE after making his Royal Rumble appearance.
A lot of people are asking was it a one-time thing, or could we perhaps see you back in WWE again?
I want to say that there is a big possibility that I will be back. [We’re] figuring out what the situation is, you know from both ends. But there is definitely a positive feedback on behalf of the fans, on behalf of the WWE staff and behalf of myself man.
I think we’re possibly going to sit down and negotiate something where we can both work together and have a good time and enjoy.
WWE had reportedly been in talks with Mysterio within the past few months, but the sticking point was reportedly that Rey Mysterio did not want to work a full time schedule at this point in his career.
