Brock Lesnar won’t be wrestling at the Money in the Bank PPV on June 17, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio.
Lesnar will be wrestling again since he obviously holds the Universal Championship, but when he’ll wrestle is currently unknown.
Lesnar’s contract length is also still unknown, but Meltzer speculated that he may have agreed to a deal with WWE until SummerSlam. However, that would be almost four months without a title defense.
Extreme Rules on July 15 is WWE’s next PPV after Money in the Bank and following that is SummerSlam on August 19.
Via Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio:
“Lesnar is not wrestling at the Money in the Bank PPV, for what it’s worth. I don’t know when he’s going to wrestle again. I thought it would make sense after the Greatest Royal Rumble because obviously, if he’s going to wrestle again, that would be the show but in fact it’s not the show.
“So he’s doing another show. He might have agreed to do a deal until SummerSlam. Or maybe the July show, but he’s not on this one.”
