Jeff Hardy pled guilty yesterday for driving while impaired for an incident in March, according to WBTV Charlotte.
Hardy was arrested in Cabarrus County, North Carolina in March after he crashed his car into a guardrail and registered a .25 blood alcohol content on a breath test.
Hardy was given 48 hours of community service and fined $300 for court costs, and will have to complete an assessment and treatment class and turn over his driver’s license (for an unspecified time).
At the time of his arrest, WWE released a statement saying, “Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials.”
