— As of now, there is no update on ROH TV champion Eddie Edwards’ shoulder injury. Edwards injured his shoulder doing a dive onto Chris Hero during the opening round of the Survival of the Fittest tournament on Friday, and worked through the finals to win, even though he could not lift his arm.
— With Edwards injured, changes had to be made to the show in Mississauga, Ontario. El Generico was scheduled to challenge for the TV Title. ROH intends to bring Generico vs., Edwards back down the line. The All Night Express vs. Kyle O’Reilly and Adam Cole was changed to ANX vs. El Generico and Colt Cabana, which was for a tag team title shot.
— Over the weekend, Zach Gowen was a late replacement for Christin Able, who is injured. Michael Elgin was booked several weeks back as the newest member of The House of Truth, he is replacing Josh Raymond, who has reportedly quit the business.
— ROH management was happy with both the attendance and merchandise sales at both events over the weekend, which took place in Dearborn, MI and Mississauga, Ontario.
