WWE has been working on getting The Rock to make an appearance at the premiere of Friday Night SmackDown this Friday on FOX, but as of yesterday, there is no deal in place, according to Dave Meltzer.

Meltzer noted that it primarily depends on The Rock’s schedule. WWE hasn’t announced anything yet not so much because they want his appearance to be a surprise, but because it’s probably not going to be confirmed until the last minute.
