Identity of the Masked Luchadora Who Debuted on Raw

A masked luchadora made her debut on Raw tonight, appearing alongside Sin Cara.

She is Chilean wrestler Catalina Garcia, who signed with WWE this summer. WWE.com is now referring to her as “Carolina.”

“Carolina” was introduced by Sin Cara as someone who would help him even the odds against Andrade and Zelina Vega. During a rematch between Andrade and Sin Cara tonight on Raw, Vega tried to hit Carolina with a hurricanrana, but Carolina caught her and slammed her into the crowd barricade. Andrade eventually won the match.

Garcia has been wrestling at NXT house shows recently. Here’s how WWE described her when they announced her signing in August:

Catalina Garcia, from Chile, goes by the professional alias “La Diva del Ring” Jessy on the independent wrestling circuit. Garcia has competed in Chilean promotions 5 Luchas – Clandestino and MAX Lucha Libre, as well as the Santiago-based Revolución Lucha Libre, where she is a two-time women’s champion.
