1. Cody can’t touch MJF until the PPV or the match is off.
2. Cody has to first defeat Wardlow in a steel cage match on Dynamite.
3. Cody has to “get down on all fours” in front of his family and friends on live TV and be whipped with MJF’s belt 10 times.
