— Shawn Michaels tweeted the following regarding tonight’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view: “After church I got flooded w/lots of calls. Let’s just say I’m looking 4ward to the Rumble. At the very least it shud b fun 4 all.”
— Six spots remain for tonight’s 40-Man Royal Rumble Match as 34 WWE Superstars have thus far been announced for the battle royal. The following male wrestlers have not been announced for the show: Chavo Guerrero, Christian, Cody Rhodes, Curt Hawkins, Evan Bourne, Finlay, Goldust, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso, Joey Mercury, Michael Tarver, Skip Sheffield, Triple H, Trent Barreta and Tyler Reks.
