Top Rope Promotion Confirms Scott Hall Incident Last Night

Ryan Drew from Top Rope Promotions announced that Scott Hall had another episode during their iPPV taping last night. They claim that he arrived under the influence of something and that he was belligerent and incoherent.

Unfortunately, the iPPV company owns the footage – not Top Rope Promotions – and they intend to air the Scott Hall segment intact.
