Jim Neidhart’s reps are claiming that he was not arrested by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office on April 18th. According to them, Neidhart realized he missed a date in traffic court on the charges of driving without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle, Neidhart then turned himself in and made a desk appearance. From there, he paid the security bond and was released.
Neidhart’s reps claim he was not incarcerated or taken into police custody. That’s interesting as a brand new mugshot was taken at the police station. You can click here to view it.
