According to sources, WWE Diva Michelle McCool has been planning to leave WWE for quite some time now. WWE had plans to split Lay-Cool several months ago but opted to hold off on that once Snooki was confirmed for WWE’s WrestleMania 27 pay-per-view. The angle was put on hold until after the pay-per-view and then resumed through WWE Extreme Rules. The decision was made about a month ago that Extreme Rules would be her final match.
The feeling backstage among numerous talents is that McCool is retiring as she wants to start a family with real-life husband, The Undertaker.
WWE sources also indicate that McCool is leaving on good terms and has an office job with WWE waiting for her if she decides to take it. Another source speculated that she could be a coach on season two of WWE Tough Enough.
