Update On The Major RAW Travel Issues, WWE/K-Mart, More

I can now report that the WWE stars from SD! and RAW are all currently en-route to Boston, MA. The RAW crew was down in Poughkeepsie and the SD!/ECW crew were in Glens Falls, NY. It worked out well for WWE as these shows started at 5EST and were over by 8EST. The stars were told to immediately head to Boston, MA (site of RAW) to beat the major snowstorm that is expected to dump up to 15 inches of snow in the Northeast. They will likely hit some snow as things are just getting stated up here now but most will be in Boston by very late tonight or the early AM tomorrow. It’s about a 4-5 hour drive from both Poughkeepsie/Glens Falls NY to Boston, MA.

World Wrestling Entertainment has formed a partnership with K-Mart. The department store retail chain will be promoting “WrestleMania Madness” throughout the month of March. Beginning next Sunday, customers can receive a $10 discount towards the purchase of WrestleMania XXV on pay-per-view when they purchase $50 or more in WWE-brand merchandise at K-Mart stores. As noted earlier, there were some weight issues with Manu which is part of the reason he was released from WWE. It turns out that Manu used to be skinny before entering WWE. You can see a completely different and skinny looking Manu here.
