As noted before, WWE commentator Corey Graves recently voiced out his frustrations on social media over being removed from WWE’s main roster commentary teams and moved over to NXT’s commentary team due to him being told “he was not famous enough for his own job.” Graves was pulled from NXT’s commentary team ahead of tonight’s show for reasons currently not known but believed to be due to recent comments he made on Twitter.
Fightful Select reported that their sources close to Graves confirmed that his frustrations are “very real” over his recent move to NXT and his current situation is not a work. It was reported that they have yet to confirm whether Graves had left Orlando or not.
It was reported that Graves was not seen at WWE’s Performance Center for reherasls for tonight’s show as late as 3:45PM EST this afternoon. Those spoken to reportedly stated that NXT officials had only two chairs set up for the NXT broadcasting position for tonight’s show.
