WWE CCO Paul “Triple H” Levesque reportedly will be getting inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame as the headliner for this year’s class, according to PWInsider.
Mike Johnson reported that his sources stated that Levesque was informed of WWE’s induction plans for him at a company town hall meeting with employees earlier today.
Johnson reported that WWE President Nick Khan, former WWE co-CEO Stephanie McMahon, WWE SVP of NXT and Talent Relations Shawn Michaels, and The Undertaker had surprised Levesque with the news of his induction.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that Levesque was caught off guard and was emotional over the news in response.
This will be Levesque’s second induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, first in 2019 as a member of DX’s induction as a group. Levesque will also become the tenth wrestler to be inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame twice.
