Friday’s WWE SmackDown drew 1,450,000 viewers on USA Network, down from the prior week’s 1,524,000 viewers. That week’s show was notable for being the final three-hour SmackDown show and for airing live internationally on Netflix but on a tape delay in the United States due to the show taking place in Saudi Arabia.
It drew a 0.41 rating in the 18-49 demographic, up from the prior week’s 0.38 rating.
In regards to notable sports competition, the 2025 NHL Draft drew 534,000 viewers on ESPN, the NASCAR Xfinity Race Focused Health 250 drew 583,000 viewers on The CW, and the MLB games of Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Kansas and Chicago Cubs vs. Houston drew 253,000 viewers on MLB Network.
Last year’s SmackDown on June 28, 2024 drew 2,256,000 viewers and a 0.66 rating on FOX. The June 30, 2023 episode drew 2,510,000 viewers on FOX.
