As noted before, The Hardys (Matt & Jeff Hardy) contracts with TNA Wrestling were originally believed to be expiring this past November.
Fightful Select reported that their sources stated that neither Matt nor Jeff have yet to officially sign new contracts with TNA.
Those spoken to reportedly stated that a new deal for The Hardys is currently expected to be done very soon and as a potential long-term agreement.
It was reported that the current speculation internally is that Matt and Jeff Hardy are the highest paid talent in the promotion.
TNA currently has several talents with contracts set to expire by the end of the year and the company’s current approach is to sign many of their talents to new short-term deals for better flexibility as part of the transition to AMC for the start of their new television deal next month. Among those believed to have been signed to new short term deals included AJ Francis and Steve Maclin.
Matt has been signed with TNA since March of 2024 and Jeff has been signed with TNA since June of 2024. The Hardys are currently the reigning TNA World Tag Team Champions.
