Saturday’s AEW Worlds End 2025 event at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois featured Hyan & Maya World competing in a tag team match against Sisters of Sin (Skye Blue & Julia Hart), which was won by Sisters of Sin.
Following the match, AEW CEO Tony Khan announced that Hyan and World have been signed to official contracts with the company.
They wrestled another fantastic match at the #AEWWorldsEnd Zero Hour tonight, and now it’s official: @_thehyan + @MayaWorldd are All Elite!

Prior to their signings, Hyan and World had made several appearances for AEW and ROH including most recently AEW’s Christmas Collision special this past week.
Hyan and World’s signing was also very likely influenced after their performances for AEW after they had replaced Nixon Newell & Miranda Alize following Newell and Alize being involved in two backstage incidents this past October and November. One of these incidents involved Newell & Alize walking out prior to the November 8th AEW Collision show over booking-related issues over them getting less time than they wanted for their enhancement match against TayJay (Tay Melo & Anna Jay). This led to Hyan and World filling in on a short notice for TayJay’s match. Newell & Alize were also involved in a separate backstage incident over similar booking-related issues over the plans for their debut tag team match in AEW.
